TeamClok ("we", "our", or "us") is a workforce management application designed for trucking and logistics companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the TeamClok mobile app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use TeamClok:

• Account information: Full name, email address, phone number, and driver's license number.
• Location data: Your GPS coordinates at the time of clocking in or out, used solely to verify you are within an approved yard boundary.
• Time entries: Clock-in and clock-out timestamps, shift duration, and assigned truck/unit number.
• Load records: Load type, container number, pickup and drop locations, and load pricing entered by administrators.
• Fuel reports: Odometer readings and fuel quantities submitted during your shift.
• Truck change records: Unit number changes and associated odometer readings during a shift.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your location before allowing you to clock in or out of a shift.
• To calculate and display your total hours worked for payroll and reporting purposes.
• To allow your employer (admin) to view timesheets, load reports, and fuel reports.
• To send you push notifications related to your account and shift activity.
• To provide account recovery and authentication services.

4. Who Can See Your Data

Your employer's administrator account has access to your time entries, load records, fuel reports, and profile information. Your location coordinates are only checked at clock-in/out and are not continuously tracked or stored beyond what is needed for the geofence check.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with row-level security. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required by your employer. You may request account deletion by contacting your administrator or by using the "Delete Account" option within the app settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw location permission at any time through your device settings (note: this will prevent you from clocking in).
