Your employer's administrator account has access to your time entries, load records, fuel reports, and profile information. Your location coordinates are only checked at clock-in/out and are not continuously tracked or stored beyond what is needed for the geofence check.

All data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with row-level security. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required by your employer. You may request account deletion by contacting your administrator or by using the "Delete Account" option within the app settings.
